1. A security deposit in the amount of $140.00 is required at the time of reservation. An additional rental fee of  is due prior to the event. There will be a $30.00 charge for all returned checks and will be turned over to a collection agency after 8 days.

2. You are responsible for the conduct of attendees. Post 64 has the right to end a function at any time that danger to attendees or damage to the facility is perceived by a Legion officer.

3. Decorations or other items may not be taped or tacked to the walls, ceilings and windows.

4. Renters are financially responsible for all damaged or lost Post 64 property.

5. After the event, tables and chairs must be cleaned and set back up. Restrooms and floor must be cleaned - mop and broom are located in the closet. All trash must be removed immediately after the event.

6. Building must be clean after your event as the building may be rented the next day. Post 64 is not responsible for any items left over night that may be taken by the next renter.

7. The charge for cleanup will be $35.00 per hour. Minimum dump fee is $38.00.

8. The renter assumes responsibility for lost personal property or injury or accidents to persons attending the event. The renter may provide insurance at their expense if so desired.

9. No illegal drugs are permitted on the premises.

Cancellation: Security deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is not made at least 2 days prior to event.
